Priscilla Marques Campos

Priscilla Marques Campos is a PhD student in African Social History, at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP). She is the Editor of encontro orí Review (@encontroori) and part of the editorial board of Hydra Review (@revistahydra), published by the UNIFESP History department. She is a member of the Anti-Racist Education Study Group (GEPEAR) at UFRJ, the History of Contemporary Africa Study Group (NEHAC), and the Research Group LAROYÊ – Children’s Cultures and Decolonizing Pedagogies at UNIFESP. Her work and research focus on African revolutions in the 20th century, the Social History of Contemporary Africa, anti-racist education, Yorùbá culture and language, resistance to colonialism in Nigeria, feminism, female protagonism in historiography, and Hip Hop.
